As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, NY), I was given the opportunity to travel around the U.S. and work as an apprentice to some of the nations best chefs.

“I am a mom of 3, two handsome boys and one beautiful girl. I have
had a love of cooking since I was a young girl. Like most moms, and
people out there, I was a “Chef in Training”, teaching myself how to
cook one recipe at a time. I LOVE being in the kitchen and have a great
love for good food! However, it wasn’t until I did become a mom that I
really dedicated myself into becoming that “Chef in Training”. My
family’s health and well-being has always been a factor for me, so I
taught myself baking and cooking from scratch. I have learned gluten
free desserts, desserts made using coconut oil, as well as coconut
sugar (all of which are available upon request.) I turn on my favorite
music and find my zen and with that I make these creations that you
just can’t resist!”
